Restaurant Theme: Global Cuisine Food Court with Numerous Plant-Based Meal Options.
Location: Inside The Land Pavilion at Epcot Theme Park
Type of Cuisine: American, Global Cuisine
Cost: $ (Under $15 per adult meal)
Style Dining: Quick Serve
Pace: Fairly quick, once the chef comes out to talk to you (can take 10-15 minutes for someone to come if they are very busy, but then your order is ready very fast).
Hours: Open for lunch, but not dinner. We are emphasizing this point, because we've walked all the way over for dinner before to be disappointed that they were closed.
Dairy-free, Egg-free Dining Options:
Rotisserie Chicken, Yellow Rice (or white rice), and Black Beans: Adult meal is half rotisserie chicken, rice and beans. Young children can get a chicken drumstick with white rice, applesauce, and a drink. This meal option is our go-to and we have ordered it many times.
Also Available at this location for diners with milk and egg allergies: Salmon with green beans, Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry, Stir-Fried Shrimp, Vegetable Korma, and a Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich.
Available Snacks: Carrot sticks, sliced apples, fruit cups, chips, applesauce, soy milk (vanilla or chocolate), apple juice, humus & crackers, allergy friendly cookies (e.g. Partake), and a pickle.
Available Dessert: Plant-based Cookies 'n "cream" chocolate mousse cup (tree nut warning)
*We strongly recommend those with severe food allergies to request to speak with the chef and order their food directly from the back to avoid cross contact with allergy foods at the same counter service area.
Our Rating: **** 4 Stars - We are big fans of rotisserie chicken and black beans with yellow rice, so we really like this spot. There's not always a chef readily available to get our plate from the back, but the chefs here have all been attentive to our allergy needs and willing to get us hot fresh food from the back (away from the mashed potatoes and other items in the front service counter). Hot and tasty, plus the food itself is ready immediately (even if being kept warm inside the warming oven), so you don't have to wait for the food to be cooked (as is the case with allergy safe chicken tenders, which are made to order). This restaurant is faster than Connections Eatery when it comes to allergy orders.
Best Wishes,
No Dairy, No Eggs, No Problem
A Note About Walt Disney World Dining and Food Allergies:
Disney restaurants do not contact the food manufacturers of their ingredients to inquire about shared lines or shared facilities (this information is determined optional labeling by the FDA). It is your responsibility to ask for product brand names, ingredient lists (or to see the allergy binder), or to inquire about cross contact risks (e.g., desserts), should that be something that you need to know. For more information about dietary policies at Disney World restaurants, or for guests with four or more food allergies (or non-top 9 allergies), please contact Disney's Special Diets.

No dairy no eggs no problem is not intended to offer medical advice. We are just one allergy family. We follow the advice of our own allergist. All allergy families are different. Disney has great food allergy training and kitchen procedures, but there are no guarantees when dining out. Please consult your own doctor regarding safe strategies for dining out and always be prepared with an allergy action plan and emergency medication (Epi-Pen), just in case.
