Epcot with Milk and Egg Allergies

What can you eat at Disney's Epcot Theme Park with milk and egg allergies? Quite a few choices, but there are many non-Disney owned restaurants at Epcot, many of which do not accomodate severe food allergies well. We try to get pictures everywhere we go, but we've missed pictures of some of the meals we've had (Rose & Crown and Regal Eagle, for example). When we get more meal pictures, we will add them to this post. We have not been to all the Disney owned restaurants yet (the German Biergarten, Canada's steakhouse, and dinner at Akershus, for example), but as we visit more restaurants we will add pictures of those meal too. Need more information about the food pictured here? Click the links to see our full restaurant reviews for dining at Disney restaurants with milk and egg allergies.

I. SNACKS AND TREATS

Popcorn: regular flavor popcorn at carts around the theme park are generally dairy free (contains coconut oil). Always check ingredients binder and notify staff of your allergies when ordering.

Maple Popcorn at Canada: More info, see our post here.

Minute Maid Frozen Lemonade (at various carts). For more information and ingredients, see our post about snacks/treats here.

Mickey Pretzels (without the pre-packaged cheese cups). For more information, click here.

II. QUICK SERVE RESTAURANTS:

Connections Eatery: More information, click here.

Regal Eagle: Chicken tenders, fries, and watermelon (picture unavailable). We've eaten here twice, but didn't get the meal picture!

Sunshine Seasons - Rotisserie chicken with rice and beans. For more info, click here.

TABLE SERVICE RESTAURANTS:

Akershus Breakfast (Everything pictured is free of milk and egg). See our review here.

Akershus Dinner: Disney-owned Norwegian restaurant with an allergy menu available upon request.

Biergarten Restaurant: Disney-owned German restaurant with an allergy menu available upon request.

Coral Reef: Grilled chicken, jasmine rice, and fruit or vegetables (picture unavailable, but we've dined here once). This restaurant is often easy to get same day reservations and has a beautiful aquarium wall built into one side of the restaurant.

Garden Grill - Menu has changed slightly, since we've dined here twice in 2022, but there continues to be a full allergy menu and dessert for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Rose & Crown: Grilled Chicken and thick cut fries (picture unavailable).

That's all for now! Come back to this page for updates. Like we mentioned, there are fewer Disney owned restaurants at Epcot than the other parks and a large variability in how accomodating the non-DIsney restaurants are with food allergies. Hope this gives you some dining options for milk and egg allergies at Disney's Epcot theme park in Orlando. Send us a message and let us know what options you liked! Subscribe to our newsletter to find out when we've added more updates!

Hoping other allergy families enjoy their Disney dining experiences as much as we do!

Best Wishes,

No Dairy, No Eggs, No Problem

A Note About Walt Disney World Dining and Food Allergies:

Disney restaurants do not contact the food manufacturers of their ingredients to inquire about shared lines or shared facilities (this information is determined optional labeling by the FDA). It is your responsibility to ask for product brand names, ingredient lists (or to see the allergy binder), or to inquire about cross contact risks (e.g., desserts), should that be something that you need to know. For more information about dietary policies at Disney World restaurants, or for guests with four or more food allergies (or non-top 9 allergies), please contact Disney's Special Diets.

Disney has great food allergy training and kitchen procedures, but there are no guarantees when dining out. Please consult your own doctor regarding safe strategies for dining out and always be prepared with an allergy action plan and emergency medication (Epi-Pen), just in case.
