This sought after restaurant has themed surprises in every room, from character voices in the waiting area, to falling snow through the window, to surprises revealed by lightning in the Forbidden West Wing.

Special Features:
Expansive and Elegant Dining Atmosphere with Ornate Decor

The Beast makes a regular appearance, as King of the Castle
Dairy-free, Egg-free Dining Options (food that we ordered):
For allergy diners with dairy and egg allergies, French cuisine can be limiting, but there are still some tasty options available.
Appetizers (somewhat limited):
Tapioca Dinner Rolls with Buttery Spread (DF, EF, GF, TN/PN Free)
Fresh Fruit Bowl (previously has been grapes)
Applesauce
Modified Mixed Greens Salad (adults)
Ice Berg Wedge Salad (children) modified with balsamic vinaigrette
Entrees: Many adult entrees can be modified to be allergy free. Speak to the chef for help when navigating dairy and egg allergies. At this restaurant, a consultation is very helpful.
Roasted Poulet Rouge Chicken with wild mushrooms, vegetable and roasted potatoes subbed for mashed (adult). *Do not recommend the onion/pepper ragout that normally comes with the meal without creamy mashed potatoes to balance the dish.
Pan-Seared Chicken Breast (adult or child) with choice of two: brown rice, roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, French Fries, and steamed/sauteed vegetables.
Chicken Strips (adult or child) with choice of two sides: brown rice, roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, French Fries, and steamed/sauteed vegetables.
Grilled Steak (adult or child) with choice of two sides: brown rice, roasted potatoes, sweet potatoes, French Fries, and steamed/sauteed vegetables.
Dessert:
Vanilla Cake with Lemon Curd (contains tree nuts, so we could not order this)
Raspberry Sorbet
Allergy Safe Cookies (prepackaged top 9 free brand, such as Partake or Home Free).
Our Rating: **** Overall 4 Stars: (5 Stars for the Experience, 3 1/2 Stars for the Allergy-Friendly Foods).
Enchanting Experience: While you wait, we highly recommend visiting the suits of armor near the waiting area, where you'll hear the voices of the enchanted servants. In addition to the romantic atmosphere and ornate decor, this meal is a character experience; the Beast will pass by each of the dining rooms with a regal wave as you dine. While waiting for your food, take a look through the windows at the back of the Grand Ballroom and, if at all possible, visit the portrait in the Forbidden West Wing during lightning strikes. The Grand Ballroom is the largest dining area and at times a bit crowded and noisy, so during peak dining times, we like to request sitting in the Forbidden West Wing or the Castle Galley, if available. Wherever you are seated, there are lots of magical touches to find while you wait!
Allergy Dining Options: There are some Disney dining experiences where those with allergies have equally scrumptious food, multiple options, and allergy safe desserts that knock it out of the park (Ohana, Sebastian's Bistro, Tony's), but the allergy options at Be Our Guest are good, not great. The children's meals are very tasty! The chicken tenders are better than quick serve tenders. Non-allergy meals were very tasty (short-ribs). While the chefs informed us that most of the adult meals could be created without dairy and eggs, we found the resulting allergy safe version of the meal was much less satisfying than the original version. Adults with a milk allergy may want to consider ordering elements from the kid's menu (like grilled chicken or steak, with fries and vegetables). The restaurant can provide an adult sized version of the kid's meal to those with allergies (after several dining experiences, this was the tastier option).
Best Wishes,
No Dairy, No Eggs, No Problem
